Quimper Events Collective has submitted our 2026 Lodging Tax funding request to Jefferson County – and your support matters!
Over the past two years, we’ve built momentum for the wedding and event industry in Jefferson County—creating marketing assets, producing events like the Wedding Show, launching workforce development trainings, and positioning our region as a destination for celebrations. These projects are making a measurable difference, but to keep them going (and growing), we need sustainable funding.
Our request is designed to do just that: provide the resources to continue the work we’ve started, ensure it benefits more businesses, and expand opportunities for visitors and residents alike. Community voices are a critical part of this process—when you share how Quimper Events Collective’s work has supported you, your business, or the broader economy, you show the committee the real impact behind the numbers.
We would love if you could support our efforts by writing a letter of support or Signing Our Community Endorsement Form by adding your name and a few words about why QEC’s work matters. https://forms.gle/L7vdN5ShdrHNFa1q9
Every voice helps us demonstrate the breadth and depth of community support behind QEC’s efforts to promote Jefferson County as a year-round destination.
